It automatically resizes the runner based on user input values on the designed scheme.
The input variables are the gating ratio value and the target charging time. The runner size is resized based on the ‘S(Sprue) : R(Runner) : G(Gate) ratio’ and the corrected charging time versus the predicted charging time automatically calculated by the program.
At this time, it is possible to check the progress of the calculation in real time, and if the input information criteria are satisfied, no further resizing is performed. The users can selectively use the results from a series of calculated multiple time.

The size of the riser is automatically adjusted by adjusting the designed riser feeding rate and the product modulus ratio. The riser feeding rate and modulus rate use user input values, and the soundness of the riser design is evaluated in real time even during the automatic size adjustment calculation. When the size is adjusted to a size that does not meet the evaluation criteria, the riser area is expressed in orange, and when the evaluation criteria are satisfied, the riser area is expressed in green color.
